h9.00 A walk that will take you into the underground of a magical place: with your guide you will walk among the rolling hills of Monferrato and even inside them, discovering the 'Infernot', visiting one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Cella Monte. An evocative guided tour inside these underground rooms, carved into the stone, traditional to Monferrato, which were once used to store wine and other delicacies important for subsistence and community. On the visit to a very special wine cellar you will taste 3 glasses of wine of your choice paired with a rich platter of cured meats, cheeses and other local products.
