A bike experience between Lake Maggiore and Lake Mergozzo

Do you like cycling, but you are not an expert biker?
Do not worry! You can enjoy an easy tour along Lake Maggiore all the same!
Led by a cycling guide, you will ride a mountain bike towards the beautiful sheet of water of Lake Mergozzo, enjoying amazing natural landscapes and relaxing for a bath!

You will meet your private licensed cycling guide at Feriolo for an easy circular 15- km-long tour. After a briefing, you will cycle along the western shore of Lake Maggiore, on through the Toce River valley, along not very busy roads and comfortable cycle paths.

After a short visit to the ancient Candoglia quarries, from which the precious white marble used for the construction of the Milan Cathedral came, you will reach Lake Mergozzo, an enchanting sheet of water set among the first pre-Alps .

You will have the chance to bathe in one of the 5 cleanest lakes in Italy before tackling the second part of your route which will lead you back to Feriolo through the Fondotoce Nature Reserve.

Private tour
Pay attention: you must have a good skillfulness of cycling in order to join in that tour. Sports and comfortable clothing is suggested as well as cycling gloves, sun or technical glasses and a light anorak.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the reservation made by the buyer on the site, Travel-Lab/BookYourItaly will apply the following terms:

• Up to 21 working days prior to the start of the activity: full refund of the service paid by the buyer;
• From 20 to 10 working days prior to the start of the activity: 50% refund of the price paid;
• From 9 to 0 days prior to the beginning of the activity or non-use by the buyer of the service: no refund.

For counting the days the following rules apply:
• The day of the activity is not counted;
• The days begin at 00.00 and end at 24.00 hours in the time zone in force in Italy (GMT +1).

The reimbursement by Travel-Lab/BookYourItaly will be made within 30 working days by crediting the credit card used.
