Your day begins at a charming 19th-century mill nestled beside the Ceno River, in the small village of Bardi, transformed into a picturesque country-chic bed and breakfast. Here, you’ll meet the “resdora” – a local culinary expert who will guide you through a private hands-on cooking class featuring traditional local recipes. Under her expert guidance, you’ll learn to prepare three authentic dishes that capture the essence of Emilian regional cuisine.

At the end of your culinary experience, an aperitif in the cellar, once the underground premises of the mill mechanisms, and an exclusive lunch with the dishes previously prepared by yourselves are waiting for you!
