“Il Marchesino”, the famous restaurant opened by the chef Gualtiero Marchesi in 2008, has recently been renovated, being inspired by the decorations of the Alla Scala Opera House.
“Il Foyer”, its new name, was opened last May 8th on the occasion of Il Salone del Mobile (the well-known trade fair dedicated to furnishings and design).
Anatolij Franzese, the executive chef, focuses on a top dish in the Milanese traditional cuisine, which he has revised in a “luxury” version: risotto with saffron and golden leaf.
